| 3-2 AIを活用することで解決したい（解決した）学術的課題の概要を教えてください（分野外の専門家がわかるように。1テーマ100〜300字程度）Please provide an overview of the academic challenge(s) you would like to address (or have addressed) by utilizing AI. | 本研究は、胃癌手術後の入院期間を正確に予測するという課題に取り組みました。従来の統計手法では、多数の因子が複雑に影響し合う臨床データを十分に扱うことが困難でした。そこで全国規模のDPCデータを用い、AI（XGBoost）を活用して高精度な予測モデルを構築しました。さらにSHAP解析により、AIの判断根拠を可視化し、予測結果を医学的に解釈可能にしました。これにより、「高精度」と「説明可能性」を両立した術後在院日数予測を実現しました。 |
