②卒業生の進路・経験・関心の情報をもとに、「自分に近い背景を持つ先輩」や「相談相手になりそうな人」を推薦する。偶然に頼りがちな出会いを仕組み化し、情報格差を減らして、進学・就職・キャリア選択の支援を強化する。
